My Story - Where it all began...
As to my background, I was born in India to well-educated parents, who believed in a concept of “Education is paramount, and Service to Humanity is divine”. Both my parents worked super hard to give great education, values and lifestyle to both me and my younger brother. I excelled in both studies and sports - I did my bachelor’s in computer science and engineering at a top university in Chennai, India, and I played cricket semi-professionally, along with also being the President of Rotaract Club.
Upon completion of bachelor’s degree, I went on to continue my education with a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Bridgeport in CT, USA
Right after my master’s, I started my career as a Software Engineer in Chicago, after about 6 months into it, I had an epiphany to know myself, I decided to travel the world for exposure and to learning various cultures. So, I packed my backpack, booked flights and voyaged. After 6 months, I had traveled to Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. During this experience I've seen beautiful sceneries, experienced different cultures, several memories, survival skills and made many friends from around the world. Whilst backpacking, I had the best time and loved New Zealand’s culture and the country, so I decided to move permanently to New Zealand and re-start my professional career.
As my professional career advanced, so did my personal one - met my beautiful wife along this journey and got married in 2009. 2 years later, we had a beautiful baby girl 'Svana' added to our family.
After almost 9 wonderful years in New Zealand, we decided to move to USA for an amazing career opportunity. After a lot of conversations, we move to USA in 2014 to make more memories. New Zealand is always OUR home.
We have settled down in Atlanta enjoying the southern weather, culture, cuisine and hospitality.
I haven't lost my addiction in traveling, now WE travel around the world as a family.
